1. WIN

Win souls and make disciples. That is our vision and our purpose.
At Destiny Church, we believe you are a key part of God’s plan and we want to help you fulfill God’s purpose for your life.

Jesus commissioned us in this, saying:
“Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations…” (Matthew 28:19–20)

How do we win?
We share the good news of Jesus with others. Every service is an opportunity for people to be won to God’s Kingdom and experience His love and forgiveness.

2. LIBERATE - To get free and stay free!

We help others step into freedom by showing them how to walk in the new life that Jesus has for them.

How do we liberate?
  • Join a LifeGroup – weekly gatherings where believers study the Bible, pray, and do life together.
  • Attend a Men’s or Women’s Encounter – a weekend designed for deep encounters with God and lasting freedom. (We have Encounters for youth and kids too!)

3. DISCIPLE

Discipleship means developing the character of Christ in every believer.

How do we disciple?
  • Personal Relationships
    • True growth in Christ happens in community. The Bible tells us in Acts 2:42:
      “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”
    • Being in a close relationship with a LifeGroup leader or other believers provides encouragement, accountability, and guidance as you grow in your faith. Just like the early church, we learn and live out God’s Word best together.
    • Walking with others who are further along in their journey helps you stay grounded in Scripture, develop Christlike character, and experience the support God intended for His people.
  • Destiny Training
    Destiny Training is designed to help you grow in your faith, understand your purpose, and become effective in ministry. These classes build on what you experienced in the Encounter and prepare you for the next levels of leadership and service.

  • Leadership Meetings - Leadership Meetings are designed specifically for LifeGroup Leaders. These gatherings provide encouragement, training, and support as leaders carry the weight of ministry.

    They also serve as a place for continued personal growth and discipleship—going beyond the weekly LifeGroup setting. Attending a Leadership Meeting is part of the next level of commitment in our Ladder of Success, and requires completing both an Encounter and Destiny Training.

4. SERVE

Every Christian should serve. To be a leader is to be a servant.

Serving happens in many forms—Leading, hosting, or helping in a LifeGroup, greeting at service, joining the production or worship teams, serving kids and youth, or meeting needs in the community. Whatever the role, every believer has a place to serve, and together we make a difference.
